| Choice Homes was founded on friendship and the
desire to deliver a quality product with integrity and
a personalized touch. Chad Bumsted and Jason Gillman
agree they have very different strengths, which makes
them successful business partners. The two men have
known each other since childhood. Chad has the creative,
artistic mind and Jason, a University of Nebraska, Lincoln
graduate, has an aptitude for marketing and sales.
Chad always knew that he’d be building custom
homes for a living. He started right out of high school
as a cabinet maker and moved into framing and remodeling
to start his own remodeling company in 2001. Jason,
who has experience in sales and marketing across various
industries, got on board and the two haven’t looked
back. Together with their wives, they formed Choice
Homes LLC and began a new chapter in their friendship.
Now as partners, Chad and Jennifer Bumsted, and Jason
and Jennifer Gillman, are finding success by each one
bringing their own personal attributes to the business.
Choice Homes, specializing in high-end homes, is a proud
member of the BBB serving Nebraska, South Dakota and
SW Iowa. Choice Homes is also a member of various building
trade associations and is an approved Her Home builder
in the Omaha Metro area.
